DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGGLISH VERSION)

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu.


Tuesday, March 5 2019 this is our second day of practice this week as my story starts when my cellphone alarm sounds, as usual 4:30 I wake up then clean, shower, dress and pray and then leave campus. get to campus directly to the pastry while waiting for another friend.
   like the 1.1 day rotation will come out, the material we prepared yesterday we will make today starts from beef stew, baked potatoes and zhuccini saute provancale.
beef stew
ingredients:
3kg beef chunk
125ml oil
onion 500gr
10gr chopped garlic
flour 125gr
tometo puree 125gr
2L brown stock
leafe bay
thyme
celery leaves
carrot 500gr
salt
pepper
How to make:
· Cut beef, potatoes, carrots in large dice sizes ... leave some meat to make beef broth
Slice 2 onions and garlic
· Boil the remaining meat with half onion to make beef broth
· Heat the oil then add the meat plus salt and pepper to taste until browned and drain
· With the remaining cooking oil, add the onions and garlic ... potatoes and carrots and celery ... add salt and pepper ... stir until slightly wilted

Potatoes baked
  puncture the potato with a fork, then salt to taste and wrap using aluminum foil, bake at 200 for 1 hour cake.

zhuccini saute provancale
ingredients:
2.7kg zhuccini
175 ml olive oil
onion 175gr
garlic 4-6 pcs
salt and white pepper
How to make:
1. a zhuccini cut in the form of a small triangle, while making the other one soak the zhuccini in water with a little salt
2. sauteed onion chop, garlic chope and parsley chop until it smells sweet
3. Enter zhuccini, saute until wilted then give salt and pepper

ingredients:
12 pcs egg yolk
sugar 250gr
milk 1L
15 ml vanilla
How to make:
Heat the milk, do not boil, then add flour and sugar, stir until mixed, move to mixing dough until the heat is reduced, then enter the egg yolk little by little.

Monday 4, March 2019 this is our first day of practice this week and back again with my story that is no less interesting than the previous story so don't get bored reading my daily stories starting from opening my eyes to going home from the kitchen,
   derrrrrr, 4:30 the alarm sounded a sign that I had to get up and start the activity for today like nothing too special from this morning is still like my morning who woke up to play cellphones, clean, shower, pray and get ready to go to campus, 06 : 15 I arrived at the campus then we went straight to the pastry for oneline while waiting for another friend, after the senior explained what would be practiced today we immediately did, what we made today was recipie rotsi 1.1 while we prepared then the ical sir called us to gathered including the 4A semester because there were a number of notifications from Mr.ical after Pakical finished explaining kakmi immediately continued our work which had stopped.
  recipe 1.1 is the material of the day but today we only prepare it, all groups today are preppare but there are also those that directly make it, starting from the appetizer or appetizers, soup, main course or main menu and dissert or closing, and we handdle play the course or main menu is beef stew with baked potatoes and zuchini saute provancale, we divide the tasks, there are those who prepare for beef stew, baked potatoes and those who prepare for zucchini saute provancale, me and rahma handdle zhucciini saute provancale, I immediately prepare the tools and the ingredients

DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGGLISH VERSION)

    Hello guys, Monday the 4th, February 2019 every day I go to the kitchen at 7:30 while waiting online at 8:00 and then do the printing while the 4A seniors check the grooming after that we go into our kitchen one by one store the bag and go straight to the pastry we went back online and then sir faisal called us to GC in the area to play the kitchen until it was finished, after that we rested until 9:35 a.m. then we returned to the kitchen at 09:35 then we returned to the kitchen at 9:45 but online back at 10:00 after that we immediately did after sir ical explained about the puff pastry because last week we had not yet formed a puff pastry so we made the dough again that day we would form a puff pastry like the proponents at 11:45 we went to the mosque after that we continued puff pastry at 4:15 we gc we were too long maybe sir faisal isn't happy about that after we were given a penalty and the law was repeated and we were online then we went home
