DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Hello guys, Monday 18, February 2019 we practice the first day of this week and of course with exciting and interesting stories so don't get bored reading my story in the kitchen. okay just right     the alarm goes off, 4:30 this sweet story starts, maybe everyone is the same when I wake up the first check is a cellphone, besides to turn off the alarm, I check WA and Instagram. after that I clean it clean, then take a shower, get dressed and pray.      07:00, I left for campus this morning Kekampus used theoretical clothes because this morning we had a routine ceremony held by the campus but we also did not forget to bring practical clothes, shoes and tools, arrived on campus and there were already some classmates and also our seniors straight to the field, but God's fortune fell earlier, the ceremony was accelerated because the rain began to pour, finished the ceremony we went straight to the kitchen getting ready to practice, the uniform had changed shoes also had changed the toolbag already in hand and onelineas usual, attendance, examination of grooming and tools by senior 4a, one by one directly to the pastry to return to oneline. while waiting for Mr.ical, seniors told about their trening.      continental breakfast is our practice material today after Mr. Iical explained about our material today Mr. Iica divided what was done in groups, starting from groups 1-5 working on continental breakfast and groups 6-10 engglish breakfast, because we were group 6 so We are only preparing today for tomorrow's breakfast, we will make a raisin muffin.      after Mr. Eical finished explaining then we immediately did, but we first helped groups 1-5 to prepare after they were finished we also immediately prepared materials to make raisin muffins, the ingredients were like:
1.soft 600 gr flour
2. fitness 300 gr
3. 36 gr baking powder
4. salt 7.5 gr
5. eggs 180 gr
6.milk 420 gr
7. Ivanilla extract 15gr
8. melted butter or shortening 240 gr
9. adequate raisin after all the ingredients are ready we immediately make it:  
 first, separate dry ingredients and liquid ingredients, mix dry ingredients such as soft flour, baking soda and mixed salt evenly then strain several times, add sugar, stir until evenly distributed and mix liquid ingredients like egg, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter and one bowl stir well.
second, pour little by little the lidquid ingredients that have been mixed into the bowl containing dry ingredients stirring using a wishk ballon, the mixture is not too dense and not too runny after the mixture has blended evenly and no lumps add enough raissin as desired. print then bake at 180 for about 15-20 minutes. muffin muffins The image for raisin muffin    the call to prayer echoed, a sign that the activity in the kitchen was stopped for those Muslims who were ready for the midnight prayer, after our prayers were immediately GC or general cleaning in the pastry and bakery section. a clean kitchen resting for a moment then one line to go home.
