hallooo gaeissss,saya akan menceritakan kembali bagaimana serunya kami praktik di kitchen poltekpar, so jangan bosan-bosan membaca cerita saya karena selalu akan ada hal menarik di sini.
saya sampai di kampus sekitar pukul 06:40, sampai di kitchen kami sedikit bercerita untuk materi hari ini dan preparean untuk besok, setelah itu kami langsung doing, kami langsung menyelesaikan menu buffet yang di tunjukan kepada kelompok kami yaitu soup saudara dan soup labu santan,
Kata soup atau sup berasal dari kata Soupe (Perancis) yang berarti bermacam-macam bahan makanan yang ditambahkan kaldu atau cairan. Soup dapat disajikan panas atau dingin, berupa sup jernih atau kental. Sup bisa terbuat dari nabati maupun hewani.
Soup adalah bermacam macam bahan makanan ditambah ke dalam kaldu atau cairan yang terbuat dari kaldu (stock) daging, ayam,atau ikan dalam keadaan bening atau kental.

– penambah nilai gizi
– penetral rasa pada lidah
sementara kami mengerjakan soup sebagian lagi prepare untuk besok, hari rabu kelompok kami handle main course, di main course ini ada beberapa menu seperti steam rice,terong santan,plecing sayur,rendang dan ayam taliwang,
sekitar pukul 10;00 soup sudah selesai, dan juga bumbu untuk rendang dan ayam taliwang sementara kami kerjakan, untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan,4 orang handle rendang dan ayam taliwang sebagiannya handle plecing sayur dan terong santan,
13:00 rendang dan ayam taliwng akan kami suvit beberapa jam,terlebih dahulu kami vacum, setelah itu langsung kami suvit beberapa jam, sudah sementara berjalan bebrapa menit pak faisal datang dan ingin vacuman nya di ulang kembali karena di dalam masih ada udara, jadi satu per satu kami buka dan di vacum kembali.17:30 kami oneline

while we do the soup, partly prepare it for tomorrow, Wednesday our group handles the main course, in this main course there are several menus such as steam rice, coconut eggplant, vegetable plecing, rendang and Taliwang chicken,
around 10:00; the soup was finished, and also the seasoning for rendang and Taliwang chicken while we were working, to speed up and simplify the work, 4 people handling Rendang and Taliwang chicken some of them were handling plecing vegetables and coconut eggplant,
13:00 rendang and chicken Taliwng we will suvit a few hours, first we vacum, after that we immediately suvit a few hours, have been walking for a few minutes pak faisal comes and wants the vacations to be reset again because there is still air inside, so one one by one we open and vacum again. 17:30 we are online
