DAILY ACTIVITY

     helloww lagii gaess, kembali saya menceritakan tentang hari ini,  hari ke 3 kami praktik di kitchen dengan materi yang masih sama yaitu buffet, dan buffet di materi ini juga di bagi menjadi beberapa jenis di antaranya celebes buffet,indonesian buffet,european buffet dan oriental buffet
     08:15 kami oneline di kitchen, pak alkis menjelaskan beberapa materi dan juga menjelaskan kekurangan-kekurangan kami dalam bekerja agar kami dapat memperkecil atau menghilangkan kesalahan-kesalahan kami dalam bekerja, selesai menjelaskan kami langsung doing sekitar pukul 09:30 , materi kami hari ini adalah celebes buffet, dan kelompok kami akan handle apptizer, seperti yang sudah saya jelaskan di daily activity saya yang kemarin,
      jalangkote,peco doang,acar,sambal,dan kerupuk akan kami handle hari ini dan makanan akan keluar sekitar pukul 11:00 di restaurant, stelah semua selesai kami langsung prepare untuk menu besok yaitu oriental buffet dan kelompok kami akan handle main course, di main course ada beberapa menu seperti:gai tod takrai,yam makeua yo,khau plau,ingen no gama ae,torino teriyaki, dan onigiri,
      semua preparean belum semua kami selesaikan dan di suruh oneline oleh pak ical karena ada sedikit masalah, sehingga preparan tidak kami lanjut lagi,

Light buffet, di mana makanan yang dihidangkan tidak banyak mengandung kalori.
Jenis makanan yang disuguhkan, misalnya :

-Hot or cold savories,-Hot sausages,-Canapes,-Sandwiches,-Sweets,  Beverages.

. Full buffet, jenis makanan yang disuguhkan adalah :
Large variety of cold dishes,
Warm dishes ( entrée ) : meat, fish or poultry,
Vegetables and potatoes,
Sweet,
Dessert,

Beverages.








helloww again gaess, again I tell you about today, the 3rd day we practice in the kitchen with the same material that is a buffet, and buffets in this material are also divided into several types including celebes buffets, Indonesian buffets, european buffets and oriental buffets

     08:15 we are on line in the kitchen, pak alkis explained some material and also explained our shortcomings in working so that we can minimize or eliminate our mistakes in work, finished explaining we immediately did around 9:30, our material today is a celebes buffet, and our group will handle the apptizer, as I explained in my daily activity yesterday,

      jalangkot, peco doang, pickles, chili sauce, and crackers we will handle today and the food will come out around 11:00 at the restaurant, after everything is finished we immediately prepare for tomorrow's menu namely oriental buffet and our group will handle the main course, at main the course there are several menus such as: gai tod takrai, yam makeua yo, khau plau, ingen no gama ae, torino teriyaki, and onigiri,

      we haven't finished all the preparations and were told oneline by Pak ical because there was a little problem, so we didn't continue to prepare,
