DAILY ACTIVITY(ENGLISH VERSION)

 

 Assalamualaikum wr.wb

This was the first day we practiced in this week, around 7:15 I was on campus around 8:00 we were oneline, as usual, there was an attendance and inspection of equipment, one by one storing each item and then back oneline in a cold kitchen

   2.4 rotation menu that we will make today, but today we only prepare to make chicken meatball and tomorrow we make a stock for the soup.

  after all is finished we prepare us again then oneline and go straight home

ingredients;

2kg chicken breast

onion chopped 1pcs

egg 1 pcs

ginger 1pcs

cornstarch 20gr

miso 15gr

turnip 1/3 pcs

carrot 1pcs

leek slice 2 stalk

4500ml water

shoyu 150ml

150ml mirin

salt

hondashi


How to make:

1. hot water

2. Smooth chicken meat that has been separated from the bones along with onion chopped, ginger and salt

3. shaped like a ball, then put it in boiling water, remove it if it's cooked

4. bowch turnip and carrot

5. for the soup, heat the water and add salt, soybeans, and mirin

5. Serve in a bowl
